FRIDAY

So we finally had to leave the Chardonnay. What a great time.

We milled around taking pictures of each other and exchanging addresses. Photo 1 shows Lee and Denise, two great people from Vancouver. Photo 2 shows Katie, a waitress who always had a smile for us. Photo 3 shows various crew members. As the bus pulled away, the crew waved and waved. We mutually thought everyone was great.

The ride to Paris was another great trip on the TGV. From the train we saw our only rain of the entire vacation!

When Sandy Cole, Dick Daniels, Louise Hirshberg, Jean Medrick, Joan Stafford arrived in Paris, we taxied to our hotel the Llbertel Terminus Est. Shortly there after we all took the Metro to the Musee de Louvre stop, and walked to the Musee d'Orsay (see photo).
